About the instructor: Sindhu Rajasekaran is the author of three critically acclaimed books. Her novel Kaleidoscopic Reflections was nominated for the Crossword Book Award; her collection of short stories So I Let It Be revolved around womxn’s sexuality; and her latest book Smashing the Patriarchy looks into contemporary Indian feminisms. Sindhu’s fiction, CNF and poetry have been published in international literary magazines. With a master’s in creative writing from the University of Edinburgh, she is currently a PhD scholar at the University of Strathclyde, where she’s researching and writing about queer South Asian pasts.
About Queer Chennai Chronicles: Queer Chennai Chronicles is an independent publishing house and literary forum and was launched in 2017. QCC aims to collect individual and collective narratives from queer people from all walks of life in the formats of biography, anthology, non-fiction, fiction, art and photography. As an independent publisher as well as an advocacy forum, it works for the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ persons in media, workplaces and cultural spaces.
